On the Van Limburg Stirumlaan in Tilburg, there are three large office buildings that are currently managed by Magis Asset Management.

These buildings are situated closely to multiple residential areas, and a lot of facilities are present in the vicinity.

Once the final businesses have left the buildings, they will be demolished to make room for a brand-new living complex with a lot of green elements. The new complex will feature 252 residences, ranging from about 50 to 85 m2 each.
